This week I’m loving my version of holiday mode.
I’ve escaped Sydney for a bit.
Said a bye for now to its traffic,
24/7 energy
and studied glossiness.
I’m loving being too lazy to go down the road for a coffee. There’s a lot to be said for the DIY convenience (and surprisingly good taste) of a Nescafe Gold’s premixed cappuccino.
I’ve taken my stretching to the great outdoors.
It’s amazing what a hit of fresh air and having the day literally begin in front of you can do to your flexibility.
Lastly, Target runs whilst on holiday. They always look a bit random but they also always manage to tick off all those things you keep forgetting to buy in the chaos of your usual weekly grind. Two things I’ve badly needed for a while are opaque tights for work and wooden spatulas for the kitchen. Both ticked off my list now thanks to our local Target.
Low key holidays. What’s not to like?
