This week I’m loving the cooler weather that’s hit Sydney all of a sudden.
Hot lunches like ham and cheese toasties (with the crusts off, of course) are the order of the day.
I stop complaining about having to rake under my frangipani tree around about this time of the year. It’s a lovely excuse to get out in the gentle afternoon sun.
And then be rewarded with a comfy spot to lay down a picnic rug, lie down and look up at the sky.
It’s just so good for the heart, lung and brain to just simply be in the great outdoors. Even if it’s just your backyard.
We do live in a beautiful and lucky country, don’t we? A country where there’s beauty in every season.
