Curry puffs my in laws made for us when they visited. Flown all the way from Perth. Note the pastry. It’s flaky and made in 2 parts – a water based and an oil/butter based mixture which are then kneaded together. Whenever I make curry puffs I cheat and use Pampas puff pastry and it’s not quite the same.
